4. If you're not completely satisfied with our products performance, reply to the same email thread with your review and refund request.
5. Upon approval, return the product in its original packaging using a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
6. Please note that the Claimant is responsible for the real postage costs for both sending and returning the product, and these costs will not be refunded.
7. Once we receive the returned product, we'll refund the purchase price of the product back to you.
